  • Sweet apple washed with the peel on: 1 medium

  • Pure maple syrup: ½ tablespoon

Method

  1. To the core, an apple, wash it and dry it, but keep the peel on. Place the apple on top of its foundation. Place your knife near the stem on top. Make a straight cut down the center of the core. The apple's first side will be removed. Remove it from the equation. Place the apple cut-side down on a flat surface. Using your knife, cut off the right and left sides as close to the core as possible. Cut off the remaining side of the apple after turning it over.
  2. You should have a long, rectangular piece with the core and four significant bits (the ones you cut away). Remove the core and discard it. Make 1-inch chunks out of the four pieces. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  3. In a blender, combine almond milk, oatmeal, banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice in the following order: almond milk, oatmeal, banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice.
