- Sea salt: 1 teaspoon
- Nutritional yeast flakes: 1 tablespoon
- Onion powder: 1 teaspoon

- Extra-firm tofu: 8 oz (226g), crumbled.

Method
- Soak the cashews in hot water for 1 hour.
