  • To make it flat, use the measuring cup's bottom. Add the cashews to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Then, incorporate the remaining filling components and blend the ingredients thoroughly.
  • You'll need to pause several times and scrape down the sides. The filling ought to be rather substantial. Even out the mixture by pouring it on top of the base. Reserve in the fridge. Combine the cornstarch and lemon juice in a small saucepan, and combine.
